Legal Question in Family Law in California

Custody has been awarded and now there are talks about changing the descison

My divorce was final Sept 20th 2004 - I was awarded full custody both physical and legal, with no financial support - with every other weekend visits from the ex supervised. I've made an agreement out of court that he can take my child for 4hrs everyother weekend without supervision.

My question is: Once the court has made their decision can he change the order? and what can I do to prevent him in doing anything?

The court order can be changed only by the court. Any agreement you make allowing unsupervised visitation will weaken any future desire for supervised visitation. There is nothing that you can do to prevent his attempting to change the custody and visitatin orders.
