what can you do if you have a court order in place for child support but you are not allowed visitation by other parent?

The question is, do you have an order in place for visitation? An order in place for child support is separate from visitation.

You either need to get a court order for visitation, or if you have one, enforce it, by contempt or other appropriate further court orders.
