Custody Battle

My wife and I are having marital problems. Divorce often comes out of our mouths... we just had a newborn baby and she has a daughter from a previous relationship. I'm not happy with her parenting so the thought of her getting custody is scary. Is there any way I can improve my chances of getting custody? Hidden cameras - maybe taping how she treats the children?
