Legal Question in Family Law in California

Custody Case moved from Missouri to California

Hi,

We recently moved a custody case from Missouri to California. My wife went through an ugly custody battle with her son's biological father, and was able to move the case out here as she is lving here full time.

Does this mean that everything within the agreement(visitation agreements, etc) is now

under California jurisdiction?

Thank you!

Yes. If a California court assumes jurisdiction, California law will generally apply.
