Legal Question in Family Law in California

Custody Change

I have custodial custody of my son in CA. His father lives in TN. How can I simply and inexpensively change custodial (or residential) custody to his father so that he can be registered in school in TN? He wants to stay with his dad for a while and I am in agreement with this. Support. etc. does not need to be modified at this time. Is there a form I can file myself?
