custody

How does child support and custody come about? My husband pays child support for a child out of wedlock, he's never had to go to court and the childs mom doesn't let her see my husband. She doesn't even have his last name..

if your husband wanted to see his daughter, he would have gone to court to request visitation. apparently he has decided not to be involved in his daughter's life. that was his choice. he still has to pay support.
