Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have gone through a custody & child visitation hearing, went thru mediation, and we did come to an agreement, however I just received a Notice and Order to attend status conference. What is this for?

Status conference allows the judge to get a status report on any number of issues affecting your family law case. Please consult your local court rules and be sure you are in compliance with timely filing any status conference statements the court may require.
