Legal Question in Family Law in California

custody

I have 2 children with my ex boyfriend. I left because he wouldn't stop beating me. He plead guilty to Domestic Violence, and after to violating his restraining order. I found out after he had been cheating on me, and I also found out this girl is doing drugs with him. (I saw text messages about drugs from her-him and he admitted she was someone to have fun and get high with)He quit doing drugs so he wouldn't get in more trouble, but i'm sure she hasnt. Also, him and her called me saying rude things and making noises like they were having intercourse. I don't want this girl around my kids and is there anyway to legally keep her from them?

Re: custody

The fact that he has been convicted of domestic violence will make it difficult for him to obtain an order for joint custody. Also the fact that father and this woman are apparently together and do drugs together could justify supervised visits. Obtain the assistance of an attorney to help you with this matter.
