custody of children

I am a young mother of 2 children and i do not work. I want to get a divorce from my husband and get full custody of my children. Is there any way i could leave him and still take my children?

You can move to a new residence and take the children with you. In moving you should find a new residence in the same community in which you currently live. At the the same time file a petition for dissolution of marriage and an OSC for custody and visitation. Retaining an attorney for this matter would be a judicious move.
