Custody Condition

My boyfriend has a condition in his custody agreement that significant others must go through a 730 evaluation. Does this mean in the meantime I cant hang out with him and his kids? its been almost 2 years and I still havent met them because of this and he hasnt had me evaluated yet because its expensive. Im losing my patience fast, help!

Sounds like you might be in violation per the terms of the custody agreement if you hang out with them. It appears that you will have to go through the 730 to hang with the kids. You may wish to consult an Attorney on this matter to receive a more definitive answer.
