custody

daughter 16, mother has custody. 16 year old pregant wants to live with her dad. mom wont let. how can a father keep her with him while visiting?

Father needs to bring a motion to modify the current custody order. The court will give strong consideration to the wishes of a 16 year old. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
