getting custody of my daughter
i am a 21 year old mother trying to get custody of my daughter. Me and my boyfriend were engaged until he broke it off. Now he wants his ring back. Am i entitled to give it back to him even though he does not pay child support and has no intention of seeing the baby?

The first step would be to consult an attorney to discuss the custody issues. Whether he wants to pay child support is not an issue. If he is the father of your child he must pay child support. After securing custody then proceed to get a child support order. As to the ring if it was a gift to you it is your property.
