custody?

My daughters mother does not take care of my daughter but yet she is receiving public aid and filed for child support what can I do?

Go to court and present evidence that the child is not living with her. You did not state where your daughter is living. If she is living with someone other than you, then the person with whom she is living would be the proper recipient of the child support.
