Legal Question in Family Law in California

custody

i want a divorce from my husband of 18 yrs. he has cheated and has done illegal activities with our business. we have 2 daughter at home and I want custody. he tells them stuff about me that isn't true and angers them towards me. I have a burnt cd that he made that has pictures of our daughters and porn. will this help me gain custody of my daughters. he also takes them to movies that are sexully explict, and stays thru the whole movie they are ages 11 and 15. in the past he was abusive physically but since we are bailbond agents he now and in the past verbal abusive. my car was damaged last month and the officer who investigated said he believes my husband had a hit put on my car. where do I stand legally
