Legal Question in Family Law in California

Custody- Drugs Involved.
My husband and I lived in california
together, at 1AM in the morning he
kicked me and my 3 month old son
out of the house and I had to find
somewhere to live quick, I took my
son and I to dallas,texas where my
father lives. There is now and osc
scheduled and he asking for full
custody and for me to have
monitored visitation. The house he
lives in with his mother is a
unsanitary and they have 2 dogs
who are not housebroken and they
let their mice eat other and than not
clean the cage. My sons father also
drinks excessively and smokes
marijuana daily ( I have evidence and
videos of it all ). When we were
together we had signed up for a
website called adult space to look for
a female to bring into our
relationship(his idea) where I had
nude pictures of myself and one
picture had my son in it ..he was in
the backround in his bouncer, that is
the only thing they have against me.
& now that I live in dallas texas, I
would like to come back, I have a job
and my son and I are set up here.
Just wondering what my chances are
I will get full custody and be able to
come back to texas?

You are in a difficult position. You should immediately retain an attorney in Ca to represent you.
