custody

i need to know if there is some one that can fax me a form a change of venue i need to move my case from california to tx but i can't find the form online.

There is not a form. You must set a motion hearing, draft points and authorities and appear. Contact me directly.

There is no one form to file for a change of venue. If the other party agrees to the change of venue then you can file a stipulation filed by both parties. Otherwise, you must file a motion in the last court to make a custody order to change venue. It is a simple motion but I suggest that you retain an attorney. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
