Legal Question in Family Law in California
Need to know which custody forms to file: Have established a joint custody for my son but mother is not following terms and is trying to obtain full custody under false pretense so I, the father need to know what forms I need to file. Thank you

You should go to the family law facilitator's center in your local courthouse to get advice on how to file for a modification of custody/visitation. It seems like you are requesting a motion for the court to modify custody/vistation. So you should speak with them to ask what specific formsy ou would need, but also how you should present the facts in your pleadings.
