How do you go about getting full custody of a newborn baby due to the father not wanting anything to do with him and denies its his?

If you and the father was not married, he has no custodial rights unless he signed a declaration of paternity at the hospital or there is a judgment stating that he is the father. If you were married he has parental rights at the time of the birth. You should consult with an attorney to discuss the facts of your case.
