custody of grandchildren

we are trying to get temporary custody of our grandchildren but the social worker never returns a call/ we have gone thru live scan as requested in a phamplet but no response and we are waiting for a home inspection/ we are anxious as our grandchildren hve begun to show some trauma to have been placed in a foster home/ we always wanted them but we were told we need to go thru the process/ we have called many times and are treated badly/ what can we do next?

Retain an attorney to appear in juvenile court for you and request that the children be placed in your custody.
