custody
my husband and i are going to file for divorce and he wants to get custody of my 3 kids,because he thinks i am not a good mother,what are my rights.

Your rights are the same as the Father's, to parent the child. The court will need to decide the best interest of the children in determining living arrangements. Probably you will have joint custody, but the time split is the most difficult issue. We need more facts than you have given us in order to evaluate your case. If there is going to be a custody fight you will need an attorney. Get a consultation with two or three attorneys, giving them the details and then pick the one that is the most practical, that doesn't tell you everything you want to hear, but has realistic advice.
