custody
my husband took a paternity test 12 years ago, his exwife says he has no leagal rights to their daughter, but he has visitation on Wednesdays and sundays, but this was all verball, does he infact have legal rights?

Your question requires an analysis of the specific facts of your husband's situation, and an attorney would need more information than you can provide here. But a preliminary answer is: he probably has not LOST his ability to obtain a judgment of parental rights, but unless and until he goes to court and gets orders pertaining to those rights, he has nothing to enforce. The verbal agreements he has with his ex are not enforceable. If she says he cannot see his child anymore, there is nothing he can do about it without going to court and starting a case. If he wants something to change or to understand his options better, he should consult with an attorney.
