live fulltime with her dad. We have

50-50 legal custody. She is now 17

at her home. when i told my

daughter she couldn't stay where i

am not allowed...she says no.

daughter and stepmom are mad at

me. dad isn't fighting it and says

daughter can stay with stepmom. do

i have ANY legal ground with a kid

Re: custody issue

You're still the mother and are entitled to the custody/visitation spelled out in the order. If stepmom is helping daughter violate the order, go to her house, wait outside with the order in hand and call the police.
