custody issue

Fighting divorce in Oregon, i live in california. My wife is on myspace and has dirty comments, pictures and even talks obbscenely to our children who are also on myspace. Can I use this in court against her.

You should find copies of the evidence you wish to use in your court proceedings. A lawyer can help you make sure the evidence is admissible in court.
