Legal Question in Family Law in California
I have the custody of my for kids and the father has temporary visitation, thrusday to sund but hes trying to go out with the kids 7 hours away from my home. on his time visitation but i didnt know hes going there without my permisiion can i stop him ?

I think you need to rewrite your question as it is not clear what you are claiming he did wrong.

Unless there is a court order limiting what he does with his visitation time, he can do whatever he wants with the kids as long as it's legal. You have no say.
