Can he still get custody?

I am still married but going through a divorce. My baby is due in November, I was pregnant before I married him.

Well he is threatening to file for custody and I don't want him to have nothing to do with her because he is too abusive.

If I don't put him on the birth certificate, meaning just put father unknown, will he still be able to do it?

I am not planning to file for no child support or anything. I just want to take care of my child by myself.

If he is no where on her records, he can't just claim her can he?

Yes, he can still claim her. You can claim he's not the father, he can request a paternity test, etc.
