Legal Question in Family Law in California

When the custody order says my ex who lives in another state can visit on any and all 3 day weekends. Does that mean she can visit on any weekend or just the 3 day weekends?

Well, if you read the letter of what was written, then it states she can have any and all 3 days weekends . . . PERIOD!

But, having practiced only family law, I know that the courts frown upon parents who prevent the other, displaced parent from seeing their child(ren).

But, as the saying goes, the ball is in your court.

Good luck!

I would have to see exactly what the court order says.
