Re: custody

A written agreement changing custody signed by both parents, usually the signatures must be notarized, is sent to the court to be signed by a judge. It then becomes a court order. If the local court has a family law clinic the attorney there can assist you in preparing the stipulation. Otherwise pay an attorney to help write up the stipulation.
