Legal Question in Family Law in California

Custody if both parents are deceased

Hello,

If both my husband and I become deceased I do not want his parents to have custody of our child how can I name a person beforehand?

Where can I find a lawyer to help with this?

My child does not want to live with grandparents so do they have a say in planning?
