my custody rights during separation?

hello... my husband and i are legally seperated. i am choosing not to take children to day care, on my days. he's demanding that they continue. can anyone tell me what my rights are, regarding my children, during this seperation?

What do you mean by legally separated? A legal separation is the same as a divorce order. You probably mean that one of you has moved out of the house.
