Trying to get custody of my son

My ex-husband and I have joint custody of our son but he has physical they are to live with them.

My ex-husband won't let me see any of my sons then my 14 year son called to pick him up and has lived with me for 6 months then out of the blue his father picks him up I've writen letters to my sons and the letters came back refused he has broken every rule on the paper the court gave us I'm taking him back to court to get custody of all my sons. What I want to know what do I need to take to court to get costody of my sons??
