custody

my ex has threatend to take o ur daughter out of my house. he has been threating , follows me , harrassing phone calls i am at my witts end and iam scared that hes finally going to take my daughter out of her home, and away from me

Go the court and get some help in filing a petition for domestic violence restraining order. You should also consider filing a petition for dissolution of marriage and a motion for custody and visitation.
