Custody winner pays child support

my husband was sent to federal prison in 2000 for sexually abusing my daughter,while in his custody.All parental rights and citi9999nship was taken from him.Hes set to be released 103010.I get mail for him when we didnt live together.Was the custody change not reported.

you should file a motion to modify support based on your new custody rights. A lot of these things are not automatic and you need to take the steps to pursue them.
