Legal Question in Family Law in California

custody/visitation

The father of my children is taking me back to court to modify our agreement because he has issues with my fiance being around at pick ups and drop offs of our children, he also doesn't want my fiance to attend any of our childrens school events. And he is saying that my kids are getting abused and neglected. What can or should I do?
