custody/visitation modification

my ex and i have jt. legal and jt. physical custody of our daughter, however our daughter is with me 90% of the time. her mom has since moved 3 hours away. she is 12 now and the court orders were put into affect when she was almost 2. shes at the age where she wants to be able to say if and when she goes to visit.

?1. what do i need to do to make

this happen

?2. how old does a child have to be

before they have a say in court

sounds like she's suppose to see her mother 3 days a month. not sure you will be able to reduce that under these facts.
