Legal Question in Family Law in California

Can My Ex Cut Off My Support When I Can't Work?

I got custody of 3 of 5 children (2 out of control, I reqstd they live w/him), he kept serving OSC's. He was getting kids at school outside of visitation. I gave up physical custody if he pay support for me & kids. Im Bi-polar causing reasons I cant work. Ex sent vulgar emails (long story of my 2-15 year old boys going through my dresser & ex was told what was found). He read emails to my 3-15 year olds, 14 year old & 11 year old. I filed for custody of the children. He is not responsible or sensible parent. He filed to keep custody, stop support, force me work & make me pay him support. 2 of my children have taken sides & refuse to see me. My disability hasnt been determined by SSI. SDI will expire the day after trial. If I can't make enough to live & the judge determines against me, what will happen? Do I stand a chance getting my children back, keeping my support payments, or at least keeping my disability money from being levied? If I end up having to pay support, will I be required to pay support for the 2 children who refuse to see me? How can I get his income records subpoenaed from his employer & subpoena witnesses? I know this is a lot of questions, but Im afraid Im going to loose. This was an 18+ yr marriage.
