My dad left my mom for other woman and they are living together. My dad is receiving his monthly pension from SSS and PVAO and he doesn't want to help my mom with her medical needs. How can my mom sue my dad with his relationship with his other woman and how can she ask for financial support?

The best way is for you mother to file a petition for dissolution of her marriage and ask for spousal support.
