Legal Question in Family Law in California

dad moved away and wants to take kids

After 4 years of divorce, my ex moved to San Diego. We have joint legal custody, and I have had primary physical custody (he has every other weekend, basically). He has talked my 15 year old son into moving to San Diego...and my 12 year old will soon follow. Can I stop them? Can I file for full physical custody since he moved away and has them very little now?

Yes. Stop your children from going. If your spouse insists call the police. If he wants a different order, he needs to file an OSC. Until then, the kids stay with you.
