Legal Question in Family Law in California

if hes not daddy

Hello, my husbands ex girlfriend has a daughter. She told him she was his when she was born and he had no reason to think otherwise. Well now she wants a paternity test done and throws at im that shes not his. My question to you s if we do the test and it turns out she isnt his daughter, what can we do to reverse all orders from curt and changing her birthcertificate to read true? If she isnt his he wants nothing to do with either and wants to see about a refund from the motheron the 4 years of child suport which has made our family life very hard becauseof lack of funds. Also she never told the courts that he was married and has a son to support and i was wondering if we can change that, as well as his visitation she has on her order. we arent allowed to see her but we have to pay? That doesn't seem right can you tell me what to do.

You need to consult with an attorney, because it sounds like there is more to this than can be answered with the information given. Since there are support orders, paternity has probably already been established by the court.
