Legal Question in Family Law in California

My Dad's wife filed legal seperation in 10/2011. On 12/5/11 she was temporarly awarded evrything she listed on her paperwrk. Since my Dad didn't appear. Includimg a vehle that I bought with my Dad's help. The Title/Registration/Insurance is my name only. Never in neither of their names. Two days ago she shows up at my job with the PD to take MY Truck. The PD said she has paperwrk in her name that she gets the truck. But since I am the title only they couldn't force me to surrender my truck, but she could tow it. Since I am not a party to the case, the Court clerk said I had to seek legal advice cuz she didn't know. What can I do to protect my vehicle & myself?

Get into court immediately. You need a lawyer on the ground right away, not internet answers. You can sue her for conversion and probably abuse of process, but you need to get on it now.
