Dating question

My Daughter is a 20 year old lesbian who is seeing a 16 year old girl. My daughter is turning 21 soon and month before this girl turns 17 years old. The girls parents threatened my daughter. Could she be in trouble for anything?

It is possible that she could be charged with sexual battery, or with some imagination she could be charged with something more serious.
