Legal Question in Family Law in California

I want my daughter back

My mother has parental guardianship over my 10 year old daughter. She has kept me from all contact with my daughter. I don't even have her phone number. My mother lied to the courts making me look like i was the most awful mom. I pay child suppport. What are my rights? How do I go about getting my daughter back? I would really appreciate some advice.

You need to file to revoke or modify the guardianship your mother has over your daughter. That would require a court analysis and your mom may dispute it. A family law facilitator may help you in your court house to do it yourself.

Good luck, as always please contact a lawyer in your area before taking legal action.
