Legal Question in Family Law in California

My daughter is bipolor and has a learning disability as far as school goes she is 18 and bipolor and verbally abusive with tantrums and screaming .i am in a wheel chair with a bad heart valve...my neighbores complain about her fits..ive had to move befor because of her yelling when she gets a no answer from me...i mentally cant deal with her anymore what can I do...she wont take her meds consistantly...

Consider getting a stay away court order by filing a request for a restraining order with the court.
