Legal Question in Family Law in California

my daughter and her boyfreind will not take care of the children. emotion,physical abuse

they are paycheck to them.the apt is trash,no beds ,they sleep on floor.

while mom and boyfreind sleep on a bed that bought .the kids had a bed,but mom

boyfreind throw it away i want to buy the kida another bed but they said no.

and now i cannot see the kids at all

If you can prove that the children are being neglected or that the parenting is detrimental to their health, education or welfare, you can file an action to establish a guardianship - but, if you do that, be prepared to become a parent all over again.
