Legal Question in Family Law in California
My daughter is 15 and her dad has 50% custody..she is unhappy at his home and wants the visitation reduced..is this possible. please advise

Yes it is possible. It will require a motion to modify custody being brought before the court. In my experience the courts will take into account the way the child feels if the reasons are legitimate. Nothing is guaranteed especially in court but it is certainly worth bringing the motion before the court.
