my daughter is dating a boy that is doing drugs , i think she might be doing them to? i have 2 younger children i'm scared to get help because she has threatened me to take them from me by reporting that i have slapped her? is their anything i can do?

A threat is just that a threat unless there is some way to substantiate it. People threaten to call CPS all the time, and usually they make reports and sometimes they follow up on them. If you do not want your child doing drugs then you should step up and be a parent and inform them that it is poor judgment to participate in drugs. What repurcussions she may threaten you with, are something that you will need to weigh against. If the events are unfounded, then nothing will happen. Most child welfare agencies do not like corporal punishment, so you should refrain from that in the future.
