My daughter is a disabled adult , 24, and i allowed her to live with my mother, my family members filed a restraining order against me, and the judge dropped it, my sister told social security about the restraining order and became payee for my daughter , the order was dropped, i want to file for custody for a disabled adult how do i do that

If you daughter is a disabled adult, you would have to seek a conservatorship to get control over her. (It is not termed "custody.") It is called conservatorship of the person. I suggest you speak to an attorney familiar with conservatorships of disabled adults, as you may find out it is not all it is cracked up to be.
