my daughter

my girl friend of ten years has a 16 yr. old .she has been seeing a theripist for 4or 5 yrs. for a.d.t. anyway shthe daughter tells the dr. that she has been fondled by her uncle that lives with us. she states 2 to 3 times aweek for the past 4 years.she also claims abuse by her mom. the dr calls the cops , cps& detains the 16 yr. old & after the mother is questioned about the aligations she is released from the office from witch she was waiting w/ our daughter 7. now cps & the police go to the house to question 2 uncles 1 aunt & come to the conclusion that a restraining order is to be placed on the uncle & that my girlfriend our daughter 7, the aunt & the other uncle are to move immediately?two days go by befor i hear all this news . i live next door & was not mentioned in any of the aligations. i have my daughter 7 , 3 times a week. i get a call fom my ex. telling me to come get the 7 yr old they are comeing to take her away! the are coming right now!well i am a good 20 miles away & know i canot make it back in 20 so i call a friend of the family who lives around the corner to pick my 7 yr. old.i mean time am haulling a$$ to get there to. she wont give up my daughter to him cps arrives strips her of my daughter & takes min.

Contact CPS and ask for custody of your daughter. If there is a custody and visitation order take that to CPS. Unless mom has sole physical custody you should be given custody of your daughter. If CPS does not give you custody of your daughter retain an attorney to represent you.
