Legal Question in Family Law in California

My Daughter was Married and had an Affair she became pregnant. Her husband divorced her. She claims the baby belongs to the boy she had an affair with. And the Boy wants to be the Baby Daddy. I want proof of who the father is. She was sleeping with both men when she became pregnant. Is there anything legally I can do to insist on a DNA.. Nobody wants a DNA except me? Thanks Baby Grandma in California. There is no father listed on the Birth Certificate.
