my daughter is 7 months old , i dont pay child support and im not married , can my daughter's mother keep me from visiting my daughter till i start paying child support

Not if you are the legally recognized father. If you did not both sign a declaration of paternity at the hospital, or obtain a judgment of paternity, then you are not legally the father and have no rights until you file and have a hearing on a paternity case, or you and she record a declaration of paternity and have a new birth certificate issues.
