Legal Question in Family Law in California

My daughter is preagnant and does not want her child. Can i have legal custody of baby when born? what are the steps to take.

If she is willing to carry the baby to term, adoption may be the answer. You will need an attorney and required to go to Court.

Grandparent adoption is a common solution in your situation. You will want a lawyer's assistance but it isn't terribly expensive.
